PROJECT 1 - Townhouse makeover
Before moving into her new home, our client knew she wanted a change, and we made it happen! We reconfigured the den, living room, and dining room to make way for a massive new kitchen. Heavy bulkheads and a wall were removed, the ceiling was converted from knockdown to flat, and over 30 pot lights were installed. Tiled floors were removed throughout the main floor and replaced with beautiful vinyl plank. The unit was repainted throughout, taking it from dark and drab to bright and white.
PROJECT 2 - Double unit investment update
Our client purchased a side-by-side rental property but wanted a refresh to get better rent. The two 1,100 square foot units were updated with new kitchens, bath, flooring, utilities, and paint in a few short weeks. Now he has great tenants and income coming in.
PROJECT 3 - Basement Development
When it came time for our client to develop their basement, they wanted it to feel as though the entire house was completed at once. We worked tirelessly with the client and our subcontractors to ensure that everything matched the remainder of the house. The finish package matched perfectly, right down to the imported hand scraped white oak flooring. We also retrofitted in floor radiant heat to make the space cozy and comfortable.
PROJECT 4 - Garage build
A tired shack wasn't cutting it for our active, young clients with lots of gear. BIT coordinated demolition of the old garage and construction of a new garage. The project included permitting, demolition, concrete pouring, framing, roofing, siding, electrical, and more.
